Hotel Centrale - Chiusi

For the price I paid, the hotel was a good budget choice. The hotel's location was perfect for someone who is relying on trains: it was very easy to get to the hotel with luggage as it was just across the piazza from the station. The small room was spotlessly clean, which was important to me. I appreciated the accommodating staff who were able to help me despite the language barrier.

The hotel facilities were basic, as could be expected for the low cost. I found the room quite small and the bathroom cramped.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station which made it easy to get around without a car. the room was clean and had everything I needed for my Christmas stay. the best part was the friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome and gave good recommendations for local restaurants.

The bathroom was small and cramped, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use. there was a lot of noise from the street outside, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

We had a great stay in this hotel! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the train station, made it easy for us to explore this city. Despite the small room, the hotel facilities were excellent, and it was spotlessly clean. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast served by the staff, and they were accommodating to our early schedule. The hotel staff was fantastic, right from the owner of the hotel, who gave us recommendations on nearby restaurants, very helpful.

The hotel's location is great, right next to the train station, but that's where the positives end. the room was small and cramped, with hardly any space to move around. the bathroom was even worse, so tiny that it felt like a closet. the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. the breakfast was a disaster, hardly any food available and what was available was stale. a terrible experience.

Excellent location near train station. Small but well-equipped room. Great staff and service. Restaurant owner accommodated late arrival and early departure.
